Digital Uzbekistan takes four startups to Web Summit 2026 in Lisbon

A Digital Uzbekistan delegation will attend Web Summit 2026 in Lisbon and hold a Digital Uzbekistan meetup during the conference, the Telegram channel StartupBase reported on 23 October 2026.

The meetup is scheduled for 11 November 2026 at 11:00 Lisbon time in Lisbon, Portugal. Registration runs through a link published in the StartupBase post.

The session will present Uzbekistan's technology sector and its startups, along with support measures for venture funds and business and investment opportunities in the country, according to StartupBase.

Four Uzbek startups are listed as presenting at the meetup: Moneff, Growz, Makon AI and Digital Silk Highway.

Moneff works in fintech, with digital tools for international payments and financial transactions. Growz is an agritech company that uses artificial intelligence to raise agricultural efficiency. Makon AI combines education and AI in a tutor for individual SAT exam preparation. Digital Silk Highway, also in fintech, builds an AI accounting system for small and medium-sized businesses that integrates with banking platforms and remote banking services.

The post lists three areas for participants: raising investment and exploring technology partnerships, reseller and ambassador arrangements; meeting international investors, Web Summit attendees and specialists working in Europe; and finding business opportunities in Uzbekistan's startup sector.
