Enterprise Uzbekistan, a business regime being set up in the country, has opened a platform for outside specialists to review and comment on draft rules, according to a post on the Telegram channel Pik Skartarisa published on 22 October 2026.

Enterprise Uzbekistan will operate under its own business rules based on English law and will have a separate court to hear disputes, the post said. The stated aim is to make it easier for Uzbek technology companies to raise investment and enter international markets. It would also make it easier for foreign companies to open and develop businesses in Uzbekistan.

A law establishing Enterprise Uzbekistan has already been adopted, according to the post. The task now is to decide how the rules will work in practice.

The Enterprise Uzbekistan team, led by Farhod Ibragimov, launched the platform under the name Founding Contributors. Participants can read draft documents, leave remarks and propose their own ideas, the post said.

The drafts cover company registration, taxes, banking services, investments, personal data and intellectual property, according to the post. Startup founders, entrepreneurs, investors and specialists with professional experience in these areas are invited to take part.

Applications are open until 1 November, the post said.
