Other listed subjects include changes in Bishkek over 30 years, preparation for the pandemic, coffee shop closures, family roles in the business, savings for children's education, staffing problems and charity work.

The description presents the episode as a conversation about business, capital, family, values and legacy. It also lists the role of Brennerman's wife in building the business, how the couple separates family and work, and how Brennerman wants to be remembered.
