Key facts
- REFACTOR.KZ founder Yerzhan Serikbayev built the debt system's core in 10 days
- Integrations with CRM, bank, taxi aggregator and messenger took two months

Yerzhan Serikbayev, founder of REFACTOR.KZ, built the core of a system that calculates taxi drivers' debts automatically in 10 days, according to a case study published by ER10 Media on 20 October 2026.
The case describes how fleets with hundreds of cars usually keep their records: paper ledgers and Excel sheets, with cash, QR payments and deductions taken through a taxi aggregator reconciled by hand.
At the fleet in the case, four operators spent hours on that reconciliation every day, and the exact debt owed by each driver still was not clear, the post says.
Serikbayev took two months after the first build to integrate the system with the fleet's CRM, its bank, the aggregator and a messenger. ER10 Media says the full account of the project is in a longer article on its site.
