Startup Choyxona, a Telegram channel that publishes events and opportunities for startups and investors in Central Asia, said it has become a media partner of the Watchz Cup Arena online chess tournament. Watchz organises the tournament with UzChess.

The event will be held on 25 October 2026 at 20:00 in the UzChess app. Participants play blitz with a 3+0 time control. Startup Choyxona said the tournament runs fully online, so players from different regions of Uzbekistan can join.

The prize fund is 3 million soums. First place takes a Beverly Hills Polo Club watch worth about 1.5 million soums, second place a Daniel Klein watch worth about 1 million soums, and third place a Casio watch worth about 500,000 soums.

Startup Choyxona said it supports projects that develop intellectual communities and bring people together around competitions and technology.
